    • On Monday the 19th you played at the Paramount Theater and I figured it would be just another Christmas Musical. Glad I was wrong!!! OUTSTANDING! You (the Embers)REALLY know how to put on a show! Practice makes perfect huh! You know me better as the GOOD HECKLER! I hope I never miss another Christmas Concert! Thank you very much! Tim

    • Saw the Embers Christmas Show the other night....FABULOUS!! My third one and I've enjoyed them all. I have "treated" a different friend each year and it is now a favorite tradition to go to the show. Am reading the biographies of the members now and am so happy to know more about them. I have seen the Embers since my college days but I am so impressed now with the enormous talent within the group and also the fact that they are all "good men" Hope to convince a special someone to take me to Statesville for New Year's Eve!!!

    • Great Christmas show in Randleman last night! Walker (aka Peanut) really enjoyed the show....clapping enthusiastically and telling Yayyyyyy! and Woo-Hooooo! Heather & I had a great time also.....Really feeling the Christmas spirit now so if any of you out there are having trouble feeling Christmasy...get yourselves to an Embers Christmas show!....Love you guys and as always...looking forward to the next show!!!!!

    • IN 1968 I DROVE FROM EASTERN NC TO RALEIGH TO SEE YOU GUYS AT YOUR GIGS AND REMEMBER HOW EXCITED I WAS. TODAY AT 58 I STILL GET GOOSEBUMPS WHEN I HEAR "FAR AWAY PLACES"AND "AIN'T NO BIG THING" IN THE 90's I FED BOBBY AND JACKIE AT A WELL KNOW CAFETERIA IN RALEIGH AND I WAS SO GLAD TO SEE YOU COME IN. BOBBY YOU MUST HAVE DECIDED AGAINST SOUTHERN COOKING NOW, LOOKING GOOD, BUDDY. KEEP UP THE MUSIC, ITS FOREVER...KENNY

    • I played the drums on/off for fifteen years for a number of bands. People always ask me who's the best drummer in the business. It's hard to choose between Johnney B with the Detroit Wheels, Bobby T with the Embers, and that guy who played for the Fab Four. That trio is as smooth as 75 year old scotch.

    • hey guys, well my favorite embers cd finally bit the dust. Live at the Sands was well played at my house!! My 6 year old granddaughter broke my copy taking it out of the cd player. I almost cried! anyway, still loveall the embers music. I have an old album from the embers called The Embers Roll Eleven. If anyone is interested it may be for sale. no scratches and not warped. still plays great. make an offer.
